EXTENDED DWELLING & DETACHED GARAGE - OXTED
This attractive existing 'farm house' sits in the heart of Oxted and in the middle of the 'green belt'. Ellisdon Architectural Associates were approached by the owners to help provide a complete uplift, multiple and substantial extensions to include a vast remodel and a proposed new detached garage. Extending in the green belt can be difficult, therefore we had to undertake some pre-application research to establish whether the dwelling had been extended by the previous owners. This allowed us to perform calculations to establish the cubic volume amount we are able to extend by. The detached garage, although also in the green belt, was subject to slightly different policy to gain approval.
