Ellisdon Architectural Associates are delighted to present this stunning new dwelling within the heart of the South Down National park in East Sussex. We worked closely with the clients whilst negotiating difficult planning constraints. A number of planning applications were presented and approved to eventually allow us to present the accumulative design we have today.  A partly concealed basement was carefully designed and approved to allow 50% extra floor area whilst still maintaining natural daylight and stunning views of the South Downs. The construction of this project was timber frame over 2 systems of waterproof and tanked reinforced concrete.

Once planning was approved, Ellisdon Architectural Associates provided full technical advice, delivery and drawings to allow construction to commence.
