Ellisdon Architectural Associates worked closely with a local developer to secure planning permission for 5, varied design, market housing in the sought after area of Worth, Crawley. An existing 1920s bungalow in a substantial plot made way for this development. It was important to the developer to maximise the sale potential but also ensure that the homes were of high value with regards to design, character and private amenity space. This particular project involved several planning applications to carefully expand upon the development potential. Once approved Ellisdon Architectural Associates obtained and provided all necessary information for building regulation approval and construction.
